A Republican who unsuccessfully challenged Rep. Maxine Waters, D-L. a., for her seat in November 2020 is trying to get approximately $100,000 through the veteran politician and her committee for attorneys’ expenses and charges related to his libel and slander lawsuit from her that was reinstated on appeal. Plaintiff Joe E. Collins III alleged th
